No. You are only charged the wholesale cost and shipping fee after a customer places and pays for an order in your store. Your subscription covers platform access; product costs are billed per order from your connected wallet or card.
Products marked with the 2-day badge ship from our domestic warehouses in Michigan and Nevada. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are picked and labeled the same day, and delivery is typically within two business days for the contiguous United States.
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, and Squarespace Commerce are supported natively with one-click OAuth. Custom storefronts can connect through our REST API available on Pro and Plus plans.
Yes. Plans are billed monthly or annually with no long-term contract. You can cancel or downgrade from your account settings at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are refundable pro rata within the first 30 days.
Our system detects stock-outs during routing and automatically re-routes the order to the next qualified supplier. If no supplier can fulfill it within the promised window, the order is flagged in your dashboard and the product cost is refunded to your wallet immediately.
Custom branded invoicing and inserts start on the Pro plan. Fully private-labeled packaged, custom boxes, and branded product tags are available on the Plus plan with a minimum order commitment per SKU.
